Email Campaign letter to BC's Premier Eby and Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth

Dear BC Premier Eby and Minister of Public Safety Mike Farnworth,

I am a pet owner in BC and am requeating that your government turn animal policing 
from the BC SPCA over to the provincial government as in Ontario. We need accountable, transparent and responsible animal policing in this Province.

If you haven't read the Position Statements of the BC SPGA I support those.

We need a moratorium
 to protect the remaining No-kill rescues and sanctuaries in BC before the BC SPCA attempt to ruin more such as the  
Warren Peace Bunny Sanctuary who had to close down after an SPCA animal seizure raid, or the Suzuki Sanctuary 
who had their healthy animals seized or the Epona Farm Animal rescue 
(est 1975), or the Dogway Dog Rescue,  to name a few. Our smaller No-kill rescues and sanctuaries continue to do their best to give animals 
a chance to find forever homes in a meaningful and positive way.

that BC pet owners like me heartily endorse.

BC's Premier and Housing Minister are well aware of the pet crisis as regards Housing but there wont be change until BC's pet owners make their Voices heard.

Your elected Member Of Parliament has a duty to represent their electorial population. Make sure that your MLA represents your interest.

Peaceful Demonstrations

Protests and demonstrations show that British Columbian's want a Pet-Friendly BC where their animals are equally protected in residential tenancies as anyone else.

Pets surrenders are up by 30%. The animals suffer and their grieving loved ones often have little choice. Let's change that.

BC SPGA demonstrations are always peaceful therefore children and pets are welcome to participate.

Volunteer to organize a demonstration in your area

British Columbia is a big province and our pets need us to Speak Out for them.

Your help is needed to create an awareness and organize peaceful demonstrations in your area to make residential tenancies in BC Pet-friendly.

Make a difference for the animals. Wanted pets don't deserve to be surrendered or displaced from their loved ones. The animals are innocent and they are the victims of the non-pet residential tenancy crisis.
