A safe space to share experiences.

BC SPGA's support group offers peer support, legal resource information and a safe space to share experiences.
Having a pet seized by the BC SPCA is a traumatizing experience for the pet and the guardian. Many pet owners can't afford to pay the costs of the BC SPCA even if the animal is offered returned under contracts very little is known about.

Feeling devasted and shell-shocked

You are not alone. The BC SPCA have taken thousands of wanted animals from caring and loving animal guardians. We receive many distraught emails and talk to people who are in disbelief how easily the BC SPCA entered their property or home and took their pet.

BC SPGA online support group

The BC SPGA has an online support group to help in your recovery and dealing with the BC SPCA. Please contact us if you would like to participate. The online support group is free.
